The Business and their current situation
We were asked, during the amalgamation of two solicitors firms, to look at combining both their company medical insurance policies into one policy, due to the merger they would trade under one company name.
As some members were making on-going claims, it was vital to each company that these members claims were not jeopardised through any change. In addition, when making a comparison of both policies they had different benefit levels.
After carefully reviewing each of these members terms and cover conditions, as well as both policies, we were able to source the most cost effective comparable cover, which resulted in a substantial annual saving by merging the employees onto one policy, with the continuation of the members claims.
